Yates Gets TRO Against R.E. Chaix

Santa Ana-based Yates & Associates Insurance Services said it obtained a temporary restraining order against R.E. Chaix & Associates in OC Superior Court.

The two firms are involved in a legal action over two employees who left Yates & Associates to R.E. Chaix in Newport Beach.

The restraining order is to prevent loss of clientele.
