The property has been triple-net leased to Panasonic Avionics Corp. as a part of a seven-building campus that houses the company’s global headquarters, according to CoStar Group Inc.
Bradley Gibbons of Commercial Property Group Inc. represented the buyer. Scott Hilmen of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
