The 17,635-square-foot property is at 2495 Campus Drive in Irvine.
The buyer bought the property and will convert the building into a charter school serving students in the Irvine Business Complex, according to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
The buyer was represented by Jack Haley of Lee & Associates. The seller was represented by John Collins and Gary McArdell of the same firm.
