Newport Heights Ventures LLC leased a medical office to Eden Fertility Management LLC in an 11-year contract. Terms of the lease were undisclosed.
The 19,000-square-foot office is part of a recently-built 60,000-square-foot building at 20350-20360 Birch St. in Newport Beach.
It’s Eden Fertility Management’s first office site, and the medical building is 100% leased, according to Michael Dettling of Avison Young.
Dettling represented the tenant. Bryan McKenney of Cypress West Partners represented the landlord.
