The 19,863-square-foot property is at 8195 E. Kaiser Blvd., Bldg. 7 in Anaheim.
The seller sold the building to move to one larger, and the Griffith’s were looking to expand their business and be closer to other similar buildings and businesses, according to CoStar Group Inc.
May Baki represented the buyer while Gary Marquis of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller.
