The 2,400-square-foot property is at 1545 Nutmeg Place in Costa Mesa.
The seller sold the building, which underwent renovations to the interior and exterior, to downsize its business, and the buyer will operate his medical practice there, according to CoStar Group.
John Manion of NAI Capital represented the buyer, and John Bral of Bral Realty Advisors Inc. represented the seller.
