BLD Ventures LLC sold an office building to the Wang Family Trust for $10.5 million, or $405 per square foot.

The 25,918-square-foot property is at 20377 SW Acacia St. in Newport Beach.

It was purchased at 96% of the asking price, and the seller signed a 10-year leaseback, according to Brian Garbutt of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

Garbutt represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.
