ACS Development Group Inc. leased a medical office building to Children’s Hospital of Orange County for nearly 10 years. The terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.

The 21,816-square-foot property is at 170 S. Main St. in Orange.

CHOC Children’s desired the office’s proximity to the hospital’s main campus and is in the process of renovating its exterior, according to NAI Capital.

Sonya Dopp-Grech of NAI Capital represented the tenant. Colleague Mariko Beaver represented the owner.
