The 19,271-square-foot property is at 3587-3589 Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa.
The building will allow Joyetech to consolidate its four Orange County locations into one that will serve as the company’s headquarters, according to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
