The 9,536-square-foot property is at 30400 Esperanza, Bldg. 17.

The audio visual rental equipment and staging provider took occupancy at the close of the sale, according to CoStar Group Inc.

Xavier Nolasco of CBRE Group Inc. represented the buyer, while Brian Cole of CBRE Group and Mark Jerue of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.
