Six Points Management plans to renovate the warehouse by performing a “roof lift” to increase the vertical warehouse clearance, according to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. Andrea Martin of Keller Williams Realty Inc. represented the buyer, and Chris Coyte of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
