The 5,506-square-foot building is at 1000 S. Beach Blvd.

Black Bear Diner will occupy the single-tenant building adjacent to the La Habra Market Place neighborhood center.

Jeremy McChesney of Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors represented the seller, while Peter Deltondo of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer.
