Kelemen Caamaño acquired the three-story, 30-year-old building in 2015 with the goal of renovating the building into a creative workspace, according to the commercial developer.
Rob Rader of Wind Water Realty Inc. represented the seller, and Gary Marquis of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer.
