The 26,682-square-foot building is at 7861 Garden Grove Blvd.
Nhan Hoa Comprehensive Clinic plans to expand its presence in Garden Grove and convert the building to a nonprofit medical clinic, according to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
The buyer was represented by Tri-Union Realty, while Marshal Vogt and Michael Lee of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
