Rival LLC sold an industrial building in Santa Ana to Minnie Chief Real Estate Investments for $1.2 million, or about $157 per square foot.

The 7,700-square-foot building is at 1636-1656 S. Minnie St.

The free-standing property, which features six industrial units, was 100% leased at the time of sale, according to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
