The 85,133-square-foot center is at 9600 Bolsa Ave. in the Little Saigon community, near the Asian Garden Mall, which hosts the area’s major cultural events, including the annual Tet Festival and Little Saigon Night Market, according to Marcus & Millichap.
Ron Duong of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
The buyer and seller were undisclosed.
