Oke Poke, a local seafood restaurant, has signed a 10-year lease at 23633-23646 Rockfield Blvd. in Lake Forest for $1.2 million.
The 2,000-square-foot restaurant space is in the Lake Forest Gateway retail center, according to real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
Brokers involved in the deal included Randy Dalby and Tom Gioia of Lee & Associates.
They represented both the tenant and the landlord, Lake Forest Gateway.
