Beauty and personal care company SeneGence International signed a seven-year lease at 19651 Alter in Foothill Ranch for $4.5 million.

The 50,000-square-foot industrial building offers 11,500 square feet of two-story office space. SeneGence is relocating from its current headquarters in the Irvine Spectrum to accommodate its expansion needs, according to landlord Western States Technologies Inc.

Gregg Haly and Tyler Haly of CBRE Group Inc. represented the landlord, while Andrew Morrow of Savills Studley represented SeneGence.
