The 10,062-square-foot building is at 5433 E. La Palma Ave.
It’s part of a larger multitenant building in Canyon Commerce Center, according to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
Brokers involved in the deal included Greg Diab and Jack Haley of Lee & Associates, along with Seth Davenport and Mitch Zehner of Voit Real Estate Services Inc.
Diab and Haley represented the buyer, while Davenport and Zehner represented the seller.
