An industrial building in Anaheim was sold to Econotek Inc. for about $1.3 million, or $227 per square foot.

The 5,760-square-foot building is at 955 N. Shepard St.

It has approximately 1,800 square feet of office space with “custom features” and a 16-foot warehouse clearance, according to real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates’ David Williams, as well as JLL’s Zach Niles and Steve Wagner.

Williams represented the buyer, while Niles and Wagner represented the seller, which was undisclosed.
