The 37,116-square-foot building is at 500 W. Santa Ana Blvd.

It was the former home of Everest College, owned and operated by the now-defunct Corinthian Colleges Inc.

Voit Real Estate Services Inc.’s Brian Corrigan represented the seller and buyer.
