Cal Receivers sold an apartment building in Tustin to Nisson Road LLC for $3.5 million, or approximately $150,000 per unit.

The multistory 23-unit building is at 1431 Nisson Road.

The complex was built in 1961 and was 100% occupied at the time of the sale, according to real estate brokerage firm NAI Capital.

Brokers involved in the deal included NAI Capital’s Steve Heri and Steve Gim.

Heri and Gim represented the buyer and seller.
