Computer networking company QLogic Corp. sold an office building in Aliso Viejo to Kelemen Caamano Investments for $8 million, or about $235 per square foot.
The 33,915-square-foot building is at 26840 Aliso Viejo Parkway.
The two-story building was built in 2000 and is part of Town Center Corporate Park, according to real estate brokerage firm Wind Water Realty.
