Cie Digital Labs signed a five-year lease for its new location at 19900 MacArthur Blvd. in Irvine. The company was based in Long Beach prior to its move.
Cie Digital is in one of two 14-story buildings on a 12-acre campus, according to real estate brokerage firm NAI Capital.
Brokers involved in the deal included NAI Capital’s Tom Nguyen and Craig Brashier of Irvine Company.
Nguyen represented the tenant, while Brashier represented the landlord, Irvine Co.
