Truesdail Laboratories Inc. sold an office building in Tustin to Harbor Associates LLC for about $6.1 million, or about $153 per square foot.

The 39,762-square-foot building is at 14201 Franklin Ave.

The new owner plans to redevelop the property into a creative-office campus, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason Ward, Chon Kantikovit and Shawn Lawrence.

Ward and Kantikovit represented the buyer, and Lawrence represented the seller.
