Irvine-based commercial real estate investor Great Far East sold an office building in Irvine to Brighton Investment LLC for $8.5 million, or about $420 per square foot.
The 20,228-square-foot building is at 980 Roosevelt Ave.
Brighton Investment will occupy a portion of the building, which was 80% leased at the time of sale, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Tibor Kelemen of Wind Water Realty Inc., as well as Joan Yang of Surterre Properties.
