The 33,848-square-foot building is at 2951 and 2955 SE Main St.

The property is 100% leased to three tenants, including the headquarters of R.D. Olson Construction, according to JLL.

Brokers involved in the deal included JLL’s Steve Economos and Geoff DeWolf, as well as Ling You of Telligent Group.

Economos and DeWolf represented Greenlaw. You represented the buyer, a private investor.
