Gumm Investments sold the Pacific Building, a mixed-use property in the Artist Village District of Santa Ana, to Red Rock Management for $5.3 million, or $325.67 per square foot.
The 16,274-square-foot property is at 225-227 N. Broadway and 214, 216 and 220 W. Third St.
It was 100% leased to 11 tenants at close of escrow, according to real estate brokerage firm Avison Young.
Brokers involved in the deal included Avison Young’s Dan Vittone and Alan Pekarcik, and Gil Marrero of Voit Real Estate Services Inc.
Vittone, Pekarcik, and Marrero represented the seller, and Red Rock Capital Advisors LLC represented the buyer.
