The property includes a 19,288-square-foot surgery center, a 29,398-square-foot medical office building, and a 4-level parking structure on 1.8 acres, according to real estate brokerage firm NAI Capital.
NAI Capital’s Tom Nguyen represented the seller and Greg Endsley of Madison Street Partners represented the buyer.
