Hillsboro, Ore.-based Pinnacle Exhibits LLC signed a seven-year lease at 9 Holland in Irvine for $5 million.
The 92,802 square feet of space is at the Irvine Spectrum in an industrial building that is now 100% occupied.
Pinnacle Exhibits will relocate its 2825 Warner Ave. facility in Irvine to 9 Holland in June, according to Aliso Viejo-based industrial property developer and investor CT Realty.
Brokers involved in the deal included CBRE Group Inc.’s Gregg Haly, Jeff Carr, and Dave Desper, as well as Ryan Harman of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
