Irvine-based networking gear maker Lantronix Inc. signed a lease for 26,897 square feet of office space at 7535 Irvine Center Drive, Ste. 100, in Irvine. The new space will be used for its corporate headquarters.
The company is currently at 167 Technology Drive in Irvine.
The lease is expected to commence by March 1, and the length of it is 65 months, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
The landlord is the Irvine Company in Newport Beach.
Brokers in the deal were not disclosed.
