The 15,775-square-foot building is at 16631 Millikan Ave.
The property was recently renovated, and the buyer will use the building for its corporate headquarters, according to real estate brokerage firm PM Realty Group.
Brokers involved in the deal included PMRG’s Oliver Fleener and John Manion of NAI Capital.
Fleener represented the seller, and Manion represented the buyer.
