Lease

Independent Capital Management Inc. and Milender White Construction Co. each signed leases at 1401 Dove St. and 1375 Dove St. in Newport Beach.

Independent Capital signed a 3,975-square-foot lease, and Milender White signed for 3,391 square feet. Both firms are relocating from Irvine, according to real estate brokerage firm PM Realty Group.

Brokers involved in the deal included PMRG’s Oliver Fleener, and Cameran Lindee of CBRE Group Inc., as well as Scooter Dodd of S & P Commercial.

Fleener represented the landlord, Palm Springs Village-309 LLC, in both deals.

Lindee represented Independent Capital Management, and Dodd represented Milender White Construction.
