Laguna Hills-based real estate investment firm Silverado Canyon Partners sold Fairway Villas, an apartment property in Newport Beach, for $10.8 million to a private Orange County-based real estate investor.

The 32-unit property is at 20122 Santa Ana Ave.

The property includes 12 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom units, according to real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap.

Brokers involved in the deal included Marcus & Millichap’s Stewart Weston, Tyler Leeson, W. Michael Cavner and Joseph Berkson.

Weston, Leeson, and Cavner represented the seller, and Berkson represented the buyer.
