The three-story, 35,301-square-foot building is at 501 N. Brookhurst St.
It was 95% occupied at the time of sale, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services’ Mark Larson, Jim Hawkins and Phil Fridd, as well as Richard Park of Realty One Group.
