Meredith Enterprises sold the Garden Grove Festival Square in Garden Grove for $11.9 million to TN Investments Properties LLC.

The 35,515-square-foot retail shopping center is at 10120 Garden Grove Blvd. and 13011 Brookhurst St.

The strip center was 72% occupied at the time of sale, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included CBRE Group Inc.’s Phil Voorhees, Brad Rable, Megan Read, Matt Burson, Jimmy Slusher and John Read, as well as Ron Duong of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.

Voorhees, Rable, Read, Burson, Slusher and Read represented the seller. Duong represented the buyer.
