KTGY Group Inc. sold an office building in Irvine for $3.5 million to RNR Property Leasing LLC.
The two-story, 20,189-square-foot building is at 17992 Mitchell S.
RNR Property Leasing will occupy half of the property, doing business as medical device manufacturer Passy-Muir Inc., according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services’ Gary McArdell, and Clarence Turner of Trico Realty.
McArdell represented the seller. Turner represented the buyer.
