The building features some office space, three drive-in bays with 24-foot clearance, 1,200-amp heavy power, and a fenced lot, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services’ Ted Sawyer, as well as Mike Bouma and Jeff Mitchell of Voit Real Estate Services Inc.
Sawyer represented the buyer while Bouma and Mitchell represented the seller.
