The free-standing building includes two ground-level loading doors, 16-foot warehouse ceiling height, and 2,728 square feet of HVAC office space, according to real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates’ Scott Seal and Luke Hudson, as well as Ronald Jefferson of RJJ & Associates.
