The 4,692-square-foot office is in the Brea Corporate Park, a business complex consisting of two-story class A office buildings, according to real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates’ Marshal Vogt, Jaimeson Hearne, Jonmark Fabiano and Bob Sattler.
Vogt and Hearne represented the tenant, while Fabiano and Sattler represented the landlord, which was undisclosed.
