REAL ESTATE
Aliso Viejo-based New Home Co. Inc. was down 5% to $9.72 and a $201 million market cap on moderate volume.
HEALTHCARE
Irvine-based ChromaDex Corp. was up 15% to $3.27 and a $124 million market cap. The ingredients maker said a 43% drop in its share price was the result of a “stock discussions website … opinion piece published anonymously and laden with misinformation, innuendo and the use of selective historical information” and Chief Executive Frank Jaksch said in a statement, “ChromaDex is exploring its options in response to this attack.”
