TECHNOLOGY
Aliso Viejo-based QLogic Corp. was up about 10% to $14.83 and a $1.2 billion market cap. The networking equipment maker agreed to be acquired by San Jose-based Cavium Inc.
MANUFACTURING
San Juan Capistrano-based Seychelle Environmental Technologies Inc. was down 59% to 22 cents and a $6 million market cap. The water filter and distributor reported higher revenue and net income in 2016 but said first quarter 2017 revenue and net income would decline compared with the first quarter of last year.
