Lake Forest-based Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide Inc. was down 61% to 15 cents and a $4 million market cap. The natural gas fuel tanks maker filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy this morning.
MANUFACTURING
Anaheim-based Bridgford Foods Corp. was up 3% to $12.75 and a $116 million market cap on high volume. The thinly traded food maker had by midday traded shares at about four times its 90-day average and its shares are up 50% over the last three weeks.
