Irvine-based EP Global Communications Inc. was up 16% to 6 cents and a $275 million market cap. The medical technology firm said it offered exclusive licenses on ophthalmic technology that it has developed to contact lens maker CooperVision Inc., a unit of Pleasanton, Calif.-based Cooper Cos.
TECHNOLOGY
Aliso Viejo-based Smith Micro Software Inc. was up 5% to 88 cents and a $41 million market cap. The software maker offered quarterly guidance that calls for a 2% increase in revenue for the quarter and 6% to 9% for 2015.
