TECHNOLOGY
Mission Viejo-based Cloud Security Corp. Inc. was down 25.1% to $14.60 and a $190.2 million market cap. The technology security company said today buyers and sellers of its shares should “trade with caution” because “the present CLDS stock price does not reflect any recognizable valuation method” of the company and that it “is not aware of any reason” shares are trading at current levels. The stock was at $2 on June 25 and closed at $19.50 yesterday.
HEALTHCARE
Irvine-based NuGene International Inc. was down 16.5% to $2.13 and an $84.1 million market cap. The beauty products maker said it lost $772,000 in its most recent quarter compared with a $15,000 profit in the same period last year.
Newport Beach-based Pacific Health Care Organization Inc. was down 26.6% to $19.25 and a $15.4 million market cap. The workers compensation services provider said its second quarter net income declined 12% year-over-year.
