Del Taco Restaurants Inc. was up 3% to $15.68 and a $280 million market cap. The Mexican-themed fast food chain was formed yesterday when Levy Acquisition Corp. in Chicago closed its acquisition of Del Taco Holdings Inc. in Lake Forest.
CLEAN TECHNOLOGY
Lake Forest-based Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide Inc. was down 4% to $2.12 and a $59 million market cap. The natural gas storage tanks maker closed yesterday on a $2 million private placement of 2% secured convertible debt.
