BANKING
Irvine-based Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc. was down 9% to $19.70 and a $200 million market cap. Shares had traded by midday at double the residential lender’s 90-day, full-day average.
TECHNOLOGY
Costa Mesa-based TTM Technologies Inc. was up 1% to 9.90 and an $830 million market cap. The circuit board maker said the U.S. Federal Trade Commission had finished its check of the company’s acquisition of St. Louis-based Viasystems Group Inc. and that TTM plans to close the transaction by about the end of the month.
