The price of gold fell 1.5% to $1,208.30.
TECHNOLOGY
Irvine-based Multi-Fineline Electronix Inc. was up 5.6% to $15.83 and a $384 million market cap on trading volume about triple its 90-day average. Shares in the circuit board maker are up about 20% since its largely positive quarterly report earlier this month.
