Alteryx Inc. (NYSE: AYX) in Irvine was up 5.5% to $28.19 and a $1.7 billion market cap on above-average volume. The company makes data analytics software.
RETAIL
Boot Barn Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BOOT) was down 2.4% to $17.57 and a $468 million market cap. Shares in the retailer fell 3% yesterday after it said majority owner Freeman Spogli & Co. and management will sell 5.5 million shares. Freeman Spogli will own about 30% of the company after it sells its portion of the offering.
