Midday Stock Roundup

The S&P 500 was up 0.5% in midday trading to 2,402.64.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.5% to 20,992.07.

The NASDAQ was up 0.5% to 6,149.93.

The yield on a 10-year Treasury bond rose 0.6% to 2.35%.

The price of gold rose 0.2% to $1,230.

REAL ESTATE

Five Point Holdings LLC was up 4% to $16.59 and a $3.7 billion market cap on high volume. The developer’s subsidiary FivePoint Communities Inc. is developing Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine; the parent company’s shares are up 9% in the last two trading sessions.

TECHNOLOGY

Iteris Inc. in Santa Ana was up 3.6% to $5.78 and a $186 million market cap. The company makes systems that collect and use data on transportation and agriculture; the City of Toronto said last week it will use an Iteris system to analyze traffic patterns, including the effects on transportation by weather and construction work.

AUTOMOTIVE

Autobytel Inc. in Irvine was up 7.7% to $13.42 and a $149 million market cap on moderate volume. The company provides automobile sales leads to dealerships.
